WOOLYBUS - Returns policy
1. If any items purchased from us fail to meet the high standards that you expect, please return them within 28 days and we will be more than happy to refund or replace them. Please contact us, either by phone or e-mail to give us further details. The exception to this will be fleet lists items, which cannot be refunded once they have been accessed.
2. Where models have been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately upon receipt of the parcel(s) - contact details are shown below.
3. Where possible, we will replace models. However, if a model falls out of stock when a replacement is requested for, we will issue a full refund on affected models minus the shipping costs of the order (e.g. model price is £25.00, shipping total is £5.00, refund will be for £25.00; model price is £25.00, order total is £50.00, shipping total is £5.00, refund will be for £25.00).
4. All replacement models and refunds will only be issued once the original faulty models have been returned. In all cases of returns, the responsibility of shipping costs to send goods back to us lies with the customer.
